All ful-sized towels comes in premium retail packaging that displays the graphic on the outside—reducing the need for customers to open it. If opened, the snap closure makes resealing quick and easy.

After I place my order, can I still customize it & make sure everything is correct?
Always! Our team will reach out within 1–2 business days to begin the design process. You’ll choose your sizes, colors, graphics, & any custom details. We’ll then send digital proofs for your approval before anything goes into production — so you can be sure everything looks exactly how you want it.
How do I place my order?
You can place your order directly through our website. Once your order is received, our team will reach out to start the design and customization process. Don't worry... we will make it easy for you!
How do I customize my products?
After placing your order, we’ll work with you one-on-one to make sure you chose the correct fits, fabrics, colors, graphics, & branding details. We will get your logos as well to complete your custom product!
Can I review my designs before production?
Yes! You’ll receive digital proofs of your products for approval. Nothing goes into production until you’ve confirmed that everything looks exactly how you want it.
What’s the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum for custom towels is 48 units per product type, with the flexibility to mix and match 12 units per colorway, graphic or photo. *24 units per color in the Multi and the One towels
How long does production take?
Typical production timelines are 45–70 days after artwork is approved.
Will I get my branding on my garment? How about on the packaging?
Definitely! Your banding is included at no extra charge on every order. Your logos will be on the towel and the image of your graphic will be on the outside of the packaging as well. (multi Towel does not come with packaging)
Will the design fade over time?
No — Our printing on the microfiber side, permanently bonds the ink to the fabric. This means your design will remain vibrant, wash after wash, even with regular sun exposure.
